Our Story

Joel Gray and Annette Gray-Jackson are a sibling partnership grounded in trust, shared values, and a deep love for the Frontenac County area.  Growing up, they were surrounded by an entrepreneurial family rooted in Central Frontenac and raised to appreciate the beauty around them.  Their shared legacy goes beyond their own careers; their father, Dave Gray, was also a realtor in the Frontenacs for almost 30 years and grandfather, Harold Gray, operated a road construction business and lumber mill in Mountain Grove that spanned 2 generations, he also had the foresight to develop lakefront properties on some of the most scenic local lakes beginning in the early 1980’s, including Carnahan Lake, Kennebec Lake, and White Lake.  These early experiences and shared family passions shaped their knowledge and approach to real estate and property development.
